1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ADAM & EVE, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ADAM & EVE
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You must not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• You must be single and genuinely seeking meaningful connections

3. Platform Purpose & Scope

3.1 What ADAM & EVE Is

ADAM & EVE is a Christian dating platform designed to help singles connect for:

• Dating and getting to know others
• Courtship and intentional relationships
• Connections that may or may not lead to marriage

3.2 What ADAM & EVE Is Not

• A matchmaking service with guaranteed outcomes
• A marriage arrangement service
• A platform that pressures users toward any specific relationship timeline

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

ADAM & EVE does NOT guarantee:

• That you will find a match
• That any connection will lead to a relationship
• That any relationship will lead to marriage
• The behavior, intentions, or honesty of other users
• The accuracy of information provided by other users

You acknowledge that finding meaningful connections requires effort, patience, and discernment on your part.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself
• Use recent photos that accurately represent your appearance
• Not misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions
• Keep your account information up to date

5.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

5.3 Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat other users with respect and dignity, in accordance with Christian values of love and kindness.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited sexual content or inappropriate messages
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or solicitation
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Collect information about other users for unauthorized purposes
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, or offensive
• Scam, defraud, or deceive other users

7. Reporting & Blocking

7.1 Reporting Users

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report users for:

• Fake profiles
• Inappropriate content
• Harassment
• Spam
• Suspected underage users
• Other violations

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

7.2 Blocking Users

• You can block any user at any time
• Blocked users cannot see your profile or contact you
• Blocking is confidential - users are not notified when blocked

8. Content Guidelines

All content you post (photos, bio, messages) must:

• Be appropriate for a faith-based community
• Not contain nudity or sexually explicit material
• Not promote illegal activities
• Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Not contain hate speech or discrimination

8.5 Daily Devotionals & Faith-Based Content

ADAM & EVE provides optional daily devotional content as an encouragement feature:

• Devotional content is for inspirational purposes only
• Bible verses are sourced from the public-domain King James Version (KJV)
• We are not a religious authority and do not provide theological advice
• Devotional content reflects general Christian themes and may not align with every denomination's specific beliefs
• You can enable or disable daily devotionals in Settings at any time

9. Termination Rights

9.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
• Receive multiple reports from other users
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse platform features

Termination may occur without prior notice for serious violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform
• We are not responsible for the conduct of other users
• We are not liable for any relationships or interactions that result from using our platform
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions

Your use of ADAM & EVE is at your own risk. Always exercise caution when meeting people online.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADAM & EVE and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ADAM & EVE shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
